Color Place Paint

Paint "Color Place" Latex from Sherwin Williams, USA for the Wal-Mart network. The part of the paint is being returned by users to the stores. The reasons for return can be different: color did not approach, need is erroneously calculated, etc. Paint Color Place is made only for Wal-Mart; therefore it is permitted to realize the recovered paint only for the export.

General characteristic of the paint

6. 1 gallon paints covers area 35-38 of square it is meter (1 gallon = 3.8 l = 5.3 kg)

General recommendations:

1. Apply not more than 2 layers
2. The dilution of paint by water at a temperature from 15 to 20 degree Celsiuss does not cause substantial changes in its properties
3. It is possible to use a brush, a roller or the sprayer for the coloring
4. The colored surface does not lose color and is not destroyed for 15-20 years for the internal paints and for 10-15 years for the external paints.
5. Temperature ranges from -35 to +30 degree Celsiuss are maintained
6. Paint dries at 20-25 degree Celsiuss and relative humidity 50% during 1 hour.
7. The second layer can be applied after 4 hours.
8. Surface can be cleaned by the moist rag in 5-7 days

The packing of paint are the tin cans with a volume of 1 gallon and plastic buckets with the volume of 5 gallons.

• paint is poured into the great capacities, where after mixing it is converted in the uniform color
• subsequently, paint can be packed into any capacities with the new labels and ready to sale in the retail network.

Some additional recommendations:

1. If mixing of paint for the internal and external works subsequently it should be used only for the internal work.
2. Paint with the more saturated colors should not be mixed up with the unsaturated ones
3. According to the experience of companies, which carry out processing this paint, to classify paint on its texture as glossy, semigloss, semi-matte etc does not have sense, because expenditures on the sorting are great, but return is small.
